School to School
North Balwyn Aim is to link all/some Boroondara schools with Moira based schools and develop their own support programs. Club role is to promote this program to local schools.
Faith to Faith    
Kew on Yarra   “Church” means also Synagogue, temple, and Mosque. Aim is to link up these bodies and to have them develop their own programs.
Sporting Club to Club
Hawthorn As above – a linkage program to develop programs.  It was noted that Jeff Kennett had offered to include the Hawthorn Football Club to BoroondaraCares program.
Return visit to Moira
Camberwell  
Aims to visit 2-3 farms for each group and to learn ‘at the kitchen table’. Weekend pre Christmas programme with social/fellowship content with locals
Christmas Cakes, Puddings and programme  
Kew 
Aims to put a Christmas cake and pudding in to every needy property in Moira. Estimated 2000 homes. This to be managed in conjunction with Foodbank.
Rice supply to Foodbank
Kew
Rice program is separate and aims to deliver two tonnes of rice per month via  Foodbank. Each of the eight clubs is supporting the programme with Funding and Kew Rotary is the manager.
Zoo Trips   
Canterbury
Providing transport, a trip to the Zoo, lunch at McDonalds and then a swim at the BSC.
Tennis at Kooyong
Hawthorn  
Tickets for 40 people to Kooyong, meet the legends Frank Sedgeman, BBQ on the Yarra at Scotch College before going home
Golf

Golf workshops and golf equipment for new young players

Father & Son Football

Big day out -bus trip for fathers and sons to come to the Melbourne for Football - tickets donated by Hawthorn football club
